Today, we are proud to present two additions to the Warcraft III team of hoorai.XQ. The new players shall help to fill the gap created by the conflict with Samuli 'elfittaja' Sihvonen to make sure that our young team stays competitive in the international arena. Besides staying in the NGL ONE, our aim is to return into WC3L.

The first addition is the Ukrainian Undead player Valentin 'FiX' Krulikovsky. Being 21 years old, he is the oldest player in the team, but not a pensioner yet: After being inactive for a few months, he intends to do some serious damage again and therefore practises very intensely. Some weeks ago, the inhabitant of Kiev won the Ukrainian KODE5 qualification despite having opponents like Mykhaylo 'HoT' Novopashyn. He qualified for the Global Finals in Moscow (May 9th-11th), where he will have his first appearance as a hoorai player. Addition number two also qualified himself for the KODE5 Finals, in Romania: From today on, Angel 'Bro' Ganchev, also known as Bianconero, will support hoorai.XQ with his amazing Orc skills. Up to today, the 20-year-old Bulgarian was playing for Serious Gaming.

Despite his contract with hoorai.XQ, the Finnish Warcraft III player Samuli 'elfittaja' Sihvonen was officially presented as an addition to the team of Gravitas Gaming. Previously, negotiations regarding a possible transfer fee failed.

The 17-year-old talent has to expect serious consequences. The hoorai.XQ management clearly stated that such behavior is not tolerated. The German clan will take action against elfittaja if the player participates in a team competition under the flag of Gravitas Gaming without hoorai's consent.

Two weeks ago our Counter-Strike team attended at the ESWC 2008 Online-Qualifier #3. Unfortunately, hoorai.XQ had to play with our reserve player Matthias 'teAk' Czaja instead of team-captain Christian 'Blizzard' Chmiel who was on holiday at that weekend. After losing against Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in the winnerbracket semi final and pod virtual gaming in the lowerbracket final our team failed to qualify for the National ESWC Final.

But just a few minutes ago the fourth Invitational Qualifier ended and hoorai.XQ managed to qualify for the German National Final of Electronic Sports World Cup 2008.

Today hoorai.XQ could play with their complete lineup and was able to win all their matches without any problems. After beating pod virtual gaming twice, hoorai.XQ won the last ESWC Online Qualifier and is now qualified for the ESWC National Final which will be held from 19th to 20th of April in Dortmund, Germany.

Congratulations to our team!

At the last weekend our Finnish player was invited to join the European Qualifier for the 4th season of the Afreeca Warcraft 3 League. There he continued his impressive winning streak by beating the German WC3 legend Daniel 'miou' Holthuis and Vladislav 'Frozen' Baranov from Belarus. With this important results, the representative of hoorai.XQ was one of four lucky guys who could qualify for the Afreeca Warcraft 3 League.

Just a few weeks left until we will see one of the most awaited moments in this year: the biggest IT-fair will be held in Hanover, Germany. The CeBIT 2008 will show us not only the newest inventions in technical-related topics, it will also  be the stage for two big international eSport-events - and hoorai.XQ will not only be there, we will be in the middle of the action!

As reported already, our youngstar Samuli 'elfittaja' Sihvonen qualified for the Extreme Masters II Finals after winning the groupstage a few days before. He was drawn in group B and will face famous and strong players like Yoan 'ToD' Merlo or JaeWook 'Lucifer' Noh.

Our second representative is Peter 'DNA' Agardi. He will fight for his country while playing in the Samsung European Championship presented by the World Cyber Games. The tournament will be a big challenge for our player, especially as there are several strong opponents like Manuel 'Grubby' Schenkhuizen for the Netherlands or the German talent Daniel 'XlorD' Spenst.
